Refund & Payment Policy

Ochoa Carpet & Flooring LLC is committed to providing transparent pricing and clear payment expectations for all customers. This Refund & Payment Policy outlines how deposits, payments, and refunds are handled for consultations and flooring services.

Consultation Booking & Deposit Policy

We offer scheduled consultations through our online booking calendar. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all consultation appointments, with a total consultation fee of $80. This deposit is required to reduce no-shows and ensure appointment availability for serious inquiries.

If a customer cancels or does not attend the scheduled consultation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Service Deposits & Payment Structure

For flooring and carpet installation services, payment terms are structured as follows:

  • A 10%–20% deposit is required to secure the project and scheduled installation date after an estimate has been provided and accepted.

  • A 40%–50% payment is due upon material ordering or delivery.

  • The remaining balance is due upon successful completion of the project.

All service-related payments beyond the consultation fee are handled securely through approved online or in-person payment methods.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of scheduling, labor, and material procurement:

  • Consultation deposits are non-refundable.

  • Project deposits may be refundable only at the discretion of Ochoa Carpet and Flooring LLC if no materials have been ordered or labor scheduled.

  • Once materials have been ordered or work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

  • Completed work is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after services have been scheduled, materials ordered, or work has begun.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule consultations or services with reasonable notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or refusal of future service.
